1 General Terms & Eligibility

2 Account Registration & Verification

Registering on kuv9 requires you to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings.

• One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Password Security: Keep your account password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing it with others.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Contact Information Update: Please notify us immediately if your mobile number or email address changes.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion applies, the relevant rate will be applied automatically.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Kuv9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete or cooperate with KYC verification.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

You will generally be notified before your account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, closure may occur without prior notice. If an account is closed without just cause, any valid balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

Kuv9 strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Technical Issues: kuv9 is not liable for any losses arising from server downtime, network outages, or other technical issues.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from payment gateways or any other third-party services.
• Internet Connection: kuv9 is not liable for any losses incurred due to an interruption in your internet connection during gameplay.
• Personal Decision: kuv9 is not personally liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming; all gaming decisions are entirely your own.

If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome, kuv9 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake. No additional compensation will be provided in such cases.

10 Amendments & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through international arbitration.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
